Amara Digital Ventures LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we"), runs CRCST Practice at crcstpractice.com. These terms cover the website, the study app and the one-time access passes sold here.

What you buy

There are two plans: Sprint, $19 for 7 days of access, and the 90-day plan, $39 for 90 days. Each is a single payment. Neither is a subscription and neither renews. Access starts when the payment is confirmed. If you buy again while access is still running, the new days are added after the current end date.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live. Your receipt comes from Stripe.

What CRCST Practice is and is not

CRCST Practice is an independent study product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HSPA. The questions were written for this product, not copied from HSPA's manual or workbook, and they have not been expert-reviewed. A practice score is not HSPA's scaled score and does not predict your result.

Buying access does not register you for the CRCST exam and does not create an HSPA account. HSPA's exam fee is separate and is paid to HSPA.

Your account

Access belongs to the email address you sign in with. Do not share sign-in links, codes or a signed-in session. We may suspend an account that is shared or used to copy the question bank.

Refunds

Refunds, including the money-back guarantee on the $39 plan, are described on the refund page.

Liability

The service is provided as a study tool, as is. To the extent the law allows, Amara Digital Ventures LLC is not liable for exam results, lost wages, travel or other indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
