If you sit the CRCST exam during your 90 days and do not pass, we refund the $39. It does not cover HSPA's exam fee. Read the guarantee terms
HSPA's published CRCST exam fee is $140 per attempt. That payment goes to HSPA, not to CRCST Practice. Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may first show your local currency, and you can switch it back to US dollars there. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Questions about paying
Does either plan renew?
No. Each plan is one payment. When the 7 or 90 days end, paid features lock and nothing else is charged. Your history stays in your account.
What happens if I buy again before my access ends?
The new days are added after your current end date, so you never lose time you paid for.
How do I ask for the money-back guarantee?
Email your score report to support@crcstpractice.com from your account address within 14 days of the exam date. The exam date must fall inside your paid 90 days, and the account needs a completed practice attempt. A person reviews it and refunds the $39 through Stripe. One request per person.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may first show your local currency, converted by Stripe, and you can switch it back to US dollars there. Checkout is sold through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which adds sales tax or VAT where it applies before you pay.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and your progress follows your sign-in.
