Money-back guarantee and refunds

Amara Digital Ventures LLC sells CRCST Practice as one-time access. It is not a subscription. Sprint ($19 for 7 days) has no money-back guarantee.

Money-back guarantee on the $39 plan

The $39 plan (90 days) has a money-back guarantee on the CRCST Practice fee only. It applies if you sat the CRCST exam on a date inside that paid 90-day window and did not pass. Access that was not paid for is not eligible.

Ask within 14 days of that exam date. You need a completed practice attempt on the same account, and you can file one request per person. Email your score report to support@crcstpractice.com, or file the request in the app and send the report to that address. A person reviews it. We do not refund automatically.

If the request qualifies, we refund the $39. The guarantee does not cover HSPA's exam fee ($140), travel or wages.

Buying again

A second purchase extends access from the later of today or the day the current pass ends. It does not restart the clock on a guarantee that already belongs to an earlier 90-day plan.

Billing problems

If something went wrong with a purchase, for example a duplicate charge or access that never started, email support@crcstpractice.com and we will fix it or refund it.
