Money-back guarantee on the 90-day plan

The guarantee applies only to a paid $39 plan (90 days). If you sit the CRCST exam on a date that plan covers and you do not pass, email your score report to support@crcstpractice.com within 14 days of the exam date. You also need a completed practice attempt on the account. One request per person.

It does not cover HSPA's exam fee, travel or wages. It does not apply to Sprint ($19 for 7 days) or to access that was not paid for. A person reviews each request; nothing is refunded automatically.
