Privacy

Amara Digital Ventures LLC runs CRCST Practice. This page lists what the product stores and who processes it for us. We do not sell personal information and we do not run advertising trackers.

What we store

• Account: your email address, an optional name, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Sign-in links and six-digit codes expire after a few minutes and codes are stored only as a hash.
• Study data: the practice sessions and mock exams you start, the answers you choose, the questions you flag, and the scores calculated from them.
• Purchases: which pass you bought, when it started and ends, and the Stripe checkout and customer ids. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form or to support@crcstpractice.com.
• Money-back guarantee requests: the exam date, the score report you send and our reply.
• Security logs: IP addresses and request counts, kept to rate-limit sign-in and the free quiz.

The free quiz on the public site does not need an account and does not store your answers.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the website and the app.
• Supabase hosts the database, in the United States (us-east-1).
• Stripe processes payments. Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, which is the merchant of record and sends receipts.
• Resend sends sign-in emails and replies to support requests.
• Cloudflare provides DNS for crcstpractice.com.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the product needs: the sign-in session cookie on the app and the cookies Stripe sets during checkout. Details are on the cookie page.

Your choices

You can delete your account from the app settings, which removes your study data. To ask for a copy of your data or for deletion, email support@crcstpractice.com from the address on the account. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and refund rules require.
